Harold Ward Hagar Wednesday December 21st 2022

Hagar, Harold Ward 1950 – 2022
It is with great sadness that the family of Harold announce his unexpected passing on Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at the age of 72.
Much loved father of Nolan and Shelby Hagar. Although separated, he and his wife Irene remained good friends and she will miss him dearly.
Dear brother to Cynthia Jeanes (Ralph)
Predeceased by father Horace Hagar and mother Eleanor Hagar.
Harold was an employee with the Town of Pelham for many years, in particular as the manager of the Fonthill Arena.
He was an avid sports fan, playing hockey and baseball as a youth and later coached men’s fastball. Horse racing was another interest which he shared with family and friends over the years.
In keeping with Harold’s wishes cremation has taken place. The family will gather for a graveside ceremony at Hillside Cemetery on a later date.
As an expression of sympathy donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada and the Niagara SPCA and Humane Society. Online condolences may be shared at www.pelhamfuneralhome.ca
