Passed away suddenly at Collingwood General and Marine Hospital on Wednesday, June 22, 2022. Shirley Green of Wasaga Beach in her 83rd year. Beloved mother of Sherry (Randy) and Paul. Proud grandmother of Stephanie (Daniel), Samantha (Matt), and Charlotte. Great Grandmother of Ayla, Aric, Liam, Kenny, and Clementine. Wife of Paul Green (married for 62 years).
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Was she ever ready with a word of good cheer
To bring back a smile, to banish a tear?
Not – What was her race?
Not – What was her creed?
But – Had she befriended those really in need?
Not – What did the sketch in the newspaper say?
But – How many will be sorry when you pass away?
