Obituary of Gordon Matthew Alexander
ALEXANDER: Gordon Matthew –
A resident of Chatham, Gord Alexander passed away at the Windsor Regional Hospital with family at his side on Friday, October 21, 2022 at the age of 64.
Born in Toronto, Gord was the son of Myra (Faryna) Alexander and the late Gordon Scott Alexander.
Beloved husband of 26 years to Terry (nee Winters).
Brother to Brad Alexander (Leanne).
Son-in-law to Janice (Grey) Winters and the late James Winters.
Brother-in-law to Tracy Lally (Vince), Sandy Olexa (Steve) and Judy Dro (Bob).
Dearly missed by his dog and cat, Austin and Kitty.
Also missed by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, friends and extended family.
Gord and Terry shared a passion for Nascar racing and enjoyed supporting the Toronto baseball, hockey and basketball teams.
A Private Family Service will be held with an interment to follow at Morpeth Cemetery.
Donations made in memory of Gord to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
