Giuseppe “Joseph” Remigi, beloved husband, father and grandfather, passed away on Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at the age of 93 years. Joe was born in Zugliano, Italy on March 16 , 1928, the youngest of six children. He came to Canada in the early 1950’s. Joe met his wife Evelyn while working in Exshaw, Alberta. Together they moved to Calgary in 1959 where they raised their four children.
Joe is survived by his children, Angela, Gerald, Michael (Laurie); grandchldlren, Enrico, Martina, Brett and Taylor; as well as great-grandson Liam. He was predeceased by his eldest son Terry in 2012 and his loving wife Evelyn in 2020.
