It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Giovina D’Amico Porreca, on March 25th, 2022, at the age of 88.
Beloved wife of the late Crescenzo D’Amico, cherished mother of Giuseppe (Pompea), Maria (Terry) and Pia (Tony), devoted grandmother of Christina, Alexandria, Nicolisa, Joseph, Anthony and Carina. She will also be deeply missed by many of her family and friends in Canada and Italy.
The family will receive condolences on Friday April 1st, 2022 from 3 pm to 9 pm at the LaSalle Complex: 7200, Boul. Newman, H8N 1X2
A funeral service will be held on Saturday April 2nd, 2022 at 10h in the chapel of the complex.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to the doctors, nurses and medical team from the CLSC Kateri in Candiac for their wonderful support and care and special thank you to her devoted caregiver Rose Mary Masih Abraham.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to Alzheimer’s Canada and the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
