Geraldine’s Obituary
BISHOP, Geraldine Rosamond ~ age 94 of Clarence, NS passed away on Wednesday, August 10, 2022 in Mountain Lea Lodge, Bridgetown surrounded by her family. Born in Middleton, she was the daughter of the late Ingram and Elsie (Mitchell) Neily. Geraldine devoted her life to her Faith, Family and friends and as a member of the Clarence United Baptist Church, where she had served many years as past treasurer, member of the choir and the Women’s Missionary Society. She was an avid gardener and loved her grandchildren and great grandchild dearly. Geraldine also was dedicated to her community volunteering where she could. She is survived by her son, Jeff (Blista) Bishop, Clarence; grandchildren, Brocklyn Bishop (Tim Wade), Bridgetown; grandson Bailey Bishop, Clarence and her great grandson, Barrett Wade. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by husband Elvin Bishop and brother Arthur Neily. Cremation has taken place and as per her wishes there will be no visitation or service. Donations in memory may be made to the Clarence United Baptist Church or Clarence Community Hall.
