Obituary
Geraldine Martin passed away peacefully with family at her side October 25th, 2020 in her 76th year, after a long battle with cancer. She was born the fourth daughter, in late December 1944, in Corner Brook, NL, to Roy and Annie Martin.
She is predeceased by her parents and sisters Beverly Wheeler and Peggy Ann Martin. She is survived by her companion, David Mason, her sister Judy Sheppard and husband Mitt, and sister Gloria Manuel and husband Ivan. She is lovingly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and their children.
There will be a graveside service at Mount Patricia Cemetery, Corner Brook, NL on October 12th,2022 at 10:30 am. Friends and family are welcome to attend.
Gerry was a talented artist. Painting was her passion and hobby. The family will remember her well through her many works of art she gifted to them.
Memorial contributions may be made in Geraldine’s name to Hospice Halifax, where Gerry received the kindest of care in her final weeks. www.hospicehalifax.ca.
