It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our much-loved Father, Father-in-law, Grandfather, Great Grandfather, Uncle, and friend peacefully at Maple Manor Nursing Home, Tillsonburg.
Gerry is predeceased by his wife Colleen ( Oct 1, 2020), his son Charles “Chuck” (July 10, 2019), his Grandson Marcus (July 23, 2012). Gerry was a much loved Father and Father-in-Law to Ken (Kim) Agnew, Karen (Paul) Flebus, and always a loving and proud Grandfather to Keith (Emily) Agnew, Jessica (Curtis) Fach, Melissa Flebus and her partner Nathan Lynes, Great Grandchildren Katie, Quinn, Cole Agnew and was a much loved Uncle to Jeff Haase, Allison Hasse and their mother Roberta Haase.
Gerry will be deeply missed by, not only his family, but also the PSW’s, Nurses and the entire staff at Maple Manor Nursing Home who took that extra special care, and who always went above and beyond for Gerry. We would also like to give special thanks to Dr. Andrew and Dr. Crosby for their excellent care and time with both Gerry and our family.
