Gerald Russell January 26 1937 – March 31 2022

Passed peacefully away at the Private Josiah Squibb Memorial Pavilion, Carbonear on March 31, 2022, Gerald Russell of Musgravetown in his 85th year. Predeceased by his parents Alphaeus and Alma Russell, brother Bert, sisters Betty Way and Louise Foote, parents-in-law Joseph and Myrtle Piercey, brothers-in-law Hollis Holloway and Clyde Way. Left with fond and loving memories, his wife of 59 years, Clara, daughters Sandra, Debbie (Larry Noble), Donna (Andy Butt), son Tom, grandchildren Sean (Sabrina), Paul, and Gracie, great-grandson Arthur, sisters Cora Holloway and Adela Bennett (Maurice), brother-in-laws Stan Foote and Clarence Piercey (Edna), sisters-in-law Eileen Russell, Sadie Morris, Una Snow (George) and Louise Piercey(Ed), and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Also, his special friend Tony Brown, his home care workers especially Paula Templeman who has been a great comfort to the family during the past two years. Cremation has taken place. Details of visitation and funeral service will be announced later.
