Suddenly, on March 16, 2022, at Health Sciences Center in Winnipeg, Gerald (Gerry) Hellmich, age 71, passed away peacefully, with his loving wife Pat by his side.
Gerry was born in England on January 6th, 1951 to Hans and Irene Hellmich. He resided there until he met Pat and they moved to Canada in 1977. They married and lived and worked in Winnipeg for a few years before moving north to Thompson in 1980. They retired to their present home at Setting Lake in 2006.
Gerry will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his devoted wife Pat, of 45+ year, numerous family members and friends.
As per Gerry’s wishes, he has been cremated and a Celebration of Life will take place at Setting Lake at a later date.
