Gerald Clayton Paul 2022

The death of Gerald “Clayton” Paul husband of the late Mary Martha Paul of Esgenoôpetitj, NB, occurred at the Miramichi Regional Hospital on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, at the age of 72. Born in Newcastle, NB, he was the son of the late Louis and Catherine (Tenass) Paul.
Clayton is survived by step-daughters: Joyce Augustine (Kimberly Ward); Jill Ward (Vance); daughters: Deandra Paul and Grace Augustine; twin sister: Anita Francis; godson: Jordan Simon; grandchildren: Chad, Louis and Marion as well as several others; great grandchildren; Nikita, Skylar, Nathan and Hilary.
Besides his wife and parents, Clayton is predeceased by brothers: Lionel, Emmerson and Vincent and goddaughter: Linda Paul
The family will receive visitors at Clayton’s home, 503 Bayview Drive, Esgenoôpetitj, NB starting on Saturday, July 23, 2022, after 2 PM and again on Sunday, July 24, 2022. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from St. Ann’s Roman Catholic Church on Monday, July 25, 2022, at 11 AM.
