Obituary for
George Gauthier
The family announces with great sadness the passing of George after lengthy illness with cancer at the Timmins and District Hospital on Tuesday, July 12, 2022 at the age of 75 years. Predeceased by his loving wife Cecile Gauthier (2014). Dear brother of Gisele Sup (Don), Marcel Gauthier (Linda), Lynda-Lee Gauthier (Alain) and Johanne Gauthier (Jean).
He leaves to mourn his grandchildren: Stacey Gagnon (Jimmy), Paul Grenier (Cheryl) and Kyle Grenier and his great grandchildren Carson, Martin (Gracie) and Camryn Martin and Kota Grenier. He will be missed by numerous nieces, nephews; Tony, Danielle, Tanya, Emma, Cindy as well as his great nieces and nephews and many friends that will miss him very much.
Also predeceased by his mother Valida Gauthier (nee Gagnon) and his father Fernand Gauthier.
A celebration of his life will take place at a later date. Remembrance donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated. The funeral arrangements are entrusted with the MIRON-WILSON FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION AND RECEPTION CENTRE, 150 Balsam St. S, Timmins, ON.
