Passed away Peacefully on May 3, 2022 at 86 years of age at the Emara Centre. Loving husband of Elizabeth Hotz for 52 years. Dear father of David Hotz and the late Deborah Hotz (2008). George is survived by his sister Annie Hotz of Harrow; Sisters-in-law Mary Hotz of Michigan and Sophia Toth and her husband Karl of Hungary; and Brother-in-law Alexander Balogh and wife Ava of Hungary. He is predeceased by his brother Andy Hotz. He will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, family and friends. George was retired from Chrysler Canada Ltd. with 30 years of service. In his spare time he loved to hunt, fish and spend time with his family and friends. For those who wish, donations may be made to a charity of your choice. Public visiting Friday May 6, 2022 at 10 am followed by a private family service at 11 am at Families First Funeral Home & Tribute Centre (519-969-5841) 3260 Dougall Ave. Cremation to follow.
