George Ezra Cecil Caron, passed away on Sunday, April 17, 2022, at Riverview Gardens at the age of 71.
He was born in Chatham and was the son of the late George and Gladys (Murphy) Carron. Beloved husband and best friend of Mary Ellen (Wickwire) Caron. Loving father of Shannon Young and predeceased by his children, Mary Lou Ann and Thomas George. Sadly missed by 3 grandchildren and predeceased by 1 grandchild. Dear brother of Thelma (late Anthony) Somr, Harriet Caron, Thomas Howard Caron and predeceased by brothers, Lawrence William and Peter Monroe. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received on Friday, April 22, 2022, from 3-5 pm. at Kendrick Funeral Home – Chatham Celebration Centre, 4 Victoria Ave, Chatham, ON (519-352-2390). The Funeral Service will follow visitation with Pastor Brian Horrobin, officiating.
Cremation will take place with a burial at a later date at Riverview Cemetery, Wallaceburg.
Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, 500 – 55 St. Clair Ave. West, Toronto, ON M4V 2Y7 in memory of George would be appreciated by the family.
