Gary Wayne Hutt 1944 2022

The death occurred suddenly, at home in Northport, on Sunday,
September 4, 2022, of Gary Wayne Hutt, of Northport, age 78 years.
Beloved husband of Judy Frances (nee Matthews) Hutt. Born at
Charlottetown, on July 10, 1944, he was the son of the late Lamont E.
and the late Ruby H. (nee Brown) Hutt.
Cherished father of Danalee (Randy) Barbour, of Alberton,
Kelly (Kerry) Fraser, of Northport, and Cory (Tara) Hutt of Northport.
Loving grandfather to Tylan Barbour, Korbin Fraser, Karley Fraser,
Sydney Hutt, Ally Hutt, and Maddy Hutt. Loving great-grandfather to
Kinslee, and Kennedy O’Halloran. Dear brother to Myrna Jeffery, of
Northport, Melda (Bill) Millman, of Huntley, Sharon (Cecil) Arsenault,
of Alberton, Roger (Virginia) Hutt, of Kildare, and Shelley (Barry)
Gavin, of Northport. Also survived by a sister-in-law, Carolyn
Matthews, of Moncton. Gary will be sadly missed by his many nieces,
nephews, friends and acquaintances.
He was predeceased by an infant son Lowell Chad Hutt and by
brothers and sister-in-law, George and Brenda Henderson, of Freeland,
and Roger Matthews, of Saint John.
Resting at the Rooney Funeral Home, Alberton. No visiting
hours by family request. A private family funeral will be held on
Thursday morning from the E. Gerald Rooney Memorial Chapel, at 11:00
a.m., Pastor Sheila MacCrea-MacCollum officiating. Interment in
Hillcrest Cemetery, Alberton.
As an expression of sympathy, memorials to the PEI Humane
Society or to the Western Hospital Equipment Fund, would be gratefully
appreciated.
