Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our Dad, Gary, on May 12th
2022.
Husband of 41 years to Nancy (nee Tomori). Loving Father to Dawn, Cherie and
Amber. Well respected father-in-law to Jesse and Nathan. Super proud Papa to Korri,
Kameron, Josie, Torin and Calia.
Brother to Laurel, Cheryl, Ron, Patty and Pauline.
Predeceased by his father Hilton, his mother Lillian and his siblings Les and Ilene.
Beloved Uncle and Great Uncle to his nieces and nephews and their families, especially
Rebecca, Peggy and Michael. Gary had a very large extended family and was cherished
by his many, many cousins.
Gary loved the outdoors and spent many years fishing, hunting and camping. His
passion for music was vast, with a particular love for bluegrass, for which he attended
many festivals. But, most of all, he loved a bad joke and a good book. He will be sorely
missed.
Donations can be made in Gary’s name to the Canadian Hard of Hearing Association.
