COMEAU, Gabriel – Age 85, of Meteghan River, passed away Monday, November 14, 2022, in Yarmouth Regional Hospital. Born in Comeauville, he was a son of the late Roger and Alice (LeBlanc) Comeau.
Gabriel was a great father, avid hunter and fisherman all his life.
He is survived by his children, Christian (Jeanne), Richard (Joseline), Robert, Carole (the late Jean Louis) Deveau, Jean (Joyce); grandchildren, Sonia, Cathy, Nishka, Daniel, Ryan, Anique, Carmen; and 7 great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his wife, Micheline; and 12 siblings.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Meteghan Funeral Home. A public graveside service will be held Saturday, November 19th, at 2 p.m. in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Saulnierville; Wayne Gaudet officiating.
Donations may be made to Canadian Diabetes Association.
