Obituary of Frank Pisani
Frank Pisani passed away at the Welland Hospital on Friday, May 6, 2022, in his 91st year. Beloved husband of the late Marguerite Pisani (née Pigeon). Loving father of Stephen (Lynne), Rosanna and Dino (Laura). Cherished grandfather of Bianca (Phillippe), Daniel, Erica, Monica, Alyssa and Matthew, and great-grandfather of Alec. Special companion of Hazel Ludlow. Survived by his sisters-in-law Lilliane (late Angelo) Addario and Margot (late Maurice), many relatives in his native Italy as well as many nieces and nephews. Frank was predeceased by his father Antonio and mother Rosina (née Aceti) Pisani, sister Nella (Nick) Valerio, his in-laws Yolande and Normand Bedard, Angelo Addario and Maurice Pigeon.
The family wishes to send a special thank you to Dr. Raimondo, Dr. Venter and the staff of St. Charles Village for the care and attention given, especially Cassie and Alice.
The family will receive relatives and friends at the WELLAND FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION AND RECEPTION CENTRE 827 East Main Street, Welland on Monday, May 9, 2022, from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and 6:00-8:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held at Saint Andrew the Apostle Roman Catholic Church on Tuesday, May 10, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society or Hamilton General Hospital would be greatly appreciated by the family.
