Passed away at Orchard Terrace Care Centre, Stoney Creek on Sunday, April 10, 2022, at the age of 91. Survived by his two loving daughters, Brenda Dougherty of Edmonton, Alberta, and children, Tracey and David, and great-grandson Connor; Debra Muir (Rick) of Dawson Creek, British Columbia, and children Amber and Kailey. Predeceased by his grandson, Brandon (2002) and his ex-son-in-law, Mark Rutledge (2002). Frank was a retired Bus Driver with the Hamilton Street Rail. He will be fondly remembered by Irene and Gary Montgomery. Dearly missed by his extended family and many friends, especially his beer drinking buddies.
