Frank Frankie William Mitchell 1977 2022

It is with deep sadness we announce the
unexpected passing of Frankie Mitchell,
age 44, of West Brook, NS. Frankie passed away at his residence on
Sunday, March 20, 2022.
Born in Amherst, NS, he was a son of
Susan O’Brien Mitchell (Bruce Melanson) and the late Frank
Mitchell.
Frankie worked on and off for Dickinson
Bros since he was 15. He was a fan of anything to do with
motorcycles and was one of the best story tellers around. He was big
hearted, one of a kind and very honest, whether you wanted to hear it
or not. Frankie absolutely loved to hunt and fish but above all else
he loved his family.
Besides his mother, Frankie will be
dearly missed by his wife Starr Simmonds; his daughter Trinity (Isaac
Durant), Parrsboro, NS; step-children Nicole Eisenberg of Stewiacke,
Greggory (Bree Ashe) Eisenberg of Springhill and Hayden (Ty-ra Ashe)
Eisenberg of Springhill; grandchildren Meisha and Bruno; brother Joe
(Caitlin) of Berwick; nephew Luke and niece
Evie.
Besides his father, he was predeceased
by his sister, Krissie Hurley and his maternal grandparents Harris and
Pearl O’Brien and paternal grandparents Raymond and Viola
Mitchell.
Arrangements are under the care and
direction of Jones Family Funeral Centre,
Amherst, NS, (902 667 8777). Honouring Frankie’s wishes, cremation has
taken place and a Celebration of Life will take place at a later
date.
Donations in memory of Frankie may be
