Francis William Burns 2022

Francis William Burns, husband of the late Sylvia Burns of Bartholomew, passed away at the Miramichi Regional Hospital on Thursday, July 28, 2022 at the age of 84.
Born in Weaver Siding, he is the son of the late Barry and Mina (Fitzsimmons) Burns. He was retried from Texaco, a member of St Raphael’s Roman Catholic Church and also a member of Royal Canadian Legion Branch #49.
He is survived by his three sons, Michael (Rita) of High-level Alberta, Terry (Ashley) of Fredericton and Greg (Paige) of Camrose Alberta; his brothers, Harold (Cathy) of Bartholomew, Wayne (Bonnie) of Ottawa and Rick (Susan) of Fredericton and his 7 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his parents, wife and brothers Ivan and Alvin.
Francis William Burns is resting at St Raphael’s Roman Catholic Church on Friday, August 5, 2022 from 6pm-9pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, August 6, 2022 at 11 am at St. Raphael’s Roman Catholic Church with Father Paul Doucet officiating. Burial will follow in the family plot of the Church Cemetery.
In his memory, donations to Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
