It is with heavy hearts that family announce the passing of their dear mother and grandmother, Frances Elizabeth Miller, at St. Joseph’s Home – Carmel Hospice in Medicine Hat on Monday, October 3, 2022, at the age of 92 years. A celebration of Frances’ life will take place at Hillcrest Evangelical Missionary Church, 3785 – 13 Avenue S.E., Medicine Hat on Friday, October 7, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at Cook Southland Funeral Chapel, 901 – 13 Street S.W., Medicine Hat, on Thursday, October 6, 2022, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and then again at the church on Friday starting one hour prior to the service.
