It is with sad hearts that the family announces that our mother Florence (née Pepin) Quenville passed away peacefully on April 9, 2022 in Sudbury at Extendicare Falconbridge at the age of 88.
Beloved wife of 51 years to Antoine “Sonny” Quenville predeceased in 2005.
She is survived by her four children, Lucille (Claude), Danny (Veta), Carole and Paul, her grandchildren Gilles (France), Michelle (Willis), Natalie, Patrick (Jessica) and Genevieve. Also, her great-grandchildren Chloe, Riley, Jasmine, Xander, Pascale, Sophie, Keighan, Gabriel, Elaina and Isla.
She was the daughter of the late Georges and Idola (née Brunet) Pepin. She was sister to Cecile, Arthur, Georges, Therese, Lucienne, Germaine, Gabby, Maurice and Lionel all predeceased. She is survived by her brother Rudy and sisters Viola and Marie.
The family thanks the staff at Extendicare Falconbridge for the excellent care and patience they have for Dementia patients.
As per the family’s request, there will be no visitation or service. A Celebration of life will be held later this summer.
