Obituary
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Fiorina Ciraco (nee Totino) cherished mamma, nonna and bisnonna.
Fiorina was a loving and devoted mother to her four children Vito, Maria, Lina and Antonio. Cherished Nonna to Michael (Gabby), Andrew (Jola), Reno, Alexandria, Kayleen and Anthony. Adoring bisnonna to Elena, Mia, Isla and Alyssa. Beloved wife of the late Salvatore Ciraco, her sisters and brothers Catarina, Celeste, Rosina, Vito, Umberto and Giovanni survived by loving sister Immacolata Spano.
Fiorina was born in San Vito Sullo Ionio in the province of Catanzaro, Calabria in 1929. She and her husband Salvatore courageously set out to create a new life for their family in 1956 emigrating to Toronto. Fiorina and her husband lived most of their lives in Mississauga. She was the epitome of strength, courage, compassion and motherly love. She had a deep love for cooking and feeding anyone who came into her home. Passionate about her vegetable garden there was enough to feed the neighbourhood. She took great pride in maintaining an immaculate home.
Fiorina will be held dear in the hearts of all those that loved her.
