Beautiful Mother, Devoted Wife, Best Friend
Faith Lefebvre(nee Lapierre) of Bainsville at the age of 83 passed away peacefully at the Cornwall Community Hospital on December 28th surrounded by her family who loved her so very much. Predeceased by her parents Alex and Ruby Lapierre(nee Lalonde), one brother Mervin Lapierre and one sister Leona Periard(late Alcide). She was the devoted wife of 63 years to Aurele Lefebvre. She was the loving mother of Monique Koggel(Wayne), Cindy Lefebvre(Allister Bennett), Ronnie Lefebvre(Karen). Cherished grandmother to Kathrine Lefebvre (Rory Cameron), Adam Lefebvre(Elouise Molgat) and great grandmother to Lucas. She also leaves to mourn brothers Gerard Lapierre(late Yvonne), Keith Lapierre(late Jeanette), Warren Lapierre(Jean) and her sisters Aletha Bougie(Marcel), Patsy Gareau(late Mario) and Joyce Poirier(late Artel). Her loss will be mourned by her many nieces and nephews. Faith pursued her teaching degree and taught for a short time before making the decision to start a family and partner with Aurele on the farm. We were all blessed to be part of her classroom – where she taught us about the important things in life: faith, compassion, love, and forgiveness. How blessed were we to be part of it all. Funeral arrangements under the care and direction of the Munro & Morris Funeral Home, Lancaster, 46 Oak Street, 613-347-3629. As per Faith’s wishes, cremation has already taken place. Due to Covid restrictions, a service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Society would be appreciated by the family.
