F. Ronald’s Obituary
F. Ronald Budd, 90, of Moncton, passed away at home with his family in Limestone, New Brunswick on April 11, 2022. Born in Dover, New Jersey, USA he was the son of the late John and Nita (Rogers) Budd.
Ronald left the family home in Indian Mountain and joined the US Army. He went on to serve in Korea In Headquarters Company during the Korean War. Ronald later worked as a Truck Driver for over 30 years retiring from Atlantic Auto Transport.
He enjoyed picking berries and fishing for brook trout, singing in the Lutes Mountain Nazarene Men’s Choir, and watching sports but most of all spending time with his grandchildren. His generous spirit was an example to us all.
Ronald will be sadly missed by his wife of 64 years, Lennie (Hicks); son Kevin (Patti) of Limestone, NB; daughter Kim Griffes (Jay) of Dover, New Hampshire; and son Kent (Beverly) of Frederick, Maryland; 13 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren; sister Audrey Melanson, brother Albert (Marylou), and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Ronald was predeceased by his brothers Raymond, Leonard (Betty, still living), and John (Alice), sisters Mildred Biggs, Joan Mayer (Ken), and Arlene Palmer (Bob).

A service to celebrate Ronald’s life will be held at Lutes Mountain Church of the Nazarene, Lutes Mountain, New Brunswick on Saturday, April 16th at 2:00 pm with Rev. Dale Thistle and Rev. Harold MacDonald officiating. Interment will be at Birch Hill Cemetery in Berry Mills NB.
