Obituary of Evelyn McCredie (nee Duff)
Peacefully in hospital, Shawville, Quebec on Monday, November 29, 2022 at the age of 100 years. Daughter of the late John B. Duff and the late Annie Taber. Beloved wife of the late Ronald McCredie. Loving mother of the late John Douglas. Dear sister of Donald Duff (Evelyn). Predeceased by her sister Margaret Young. Evelyn will be sadly missed by her many nieces and nephews; Janice, Jane, Andrew, Brent (Krista), Paul, Margo (John), Greg (Rhonda) and the late John Duff. Friends may call at the Hayes Funeral Home, 134 Centre Street, Shawville, Quebec on Saturday, December 3, 2022 from 12 to 2 p.m. followed by a Chapel Service at 2 p.m. Interment Maple Grove Cemetery. Donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
