It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Madame Evelyn Chesnel, on November 30, 2022, at the age of 86.
Cherished mother of Gary (Carole) and Donna (Harry), devoted grandmother of Jason (Kim), Scott (Lisa) and Kayla (Jeremy). She will also be deeply missed by her great-grandchildren Jackson, Kelly-Ann, Paisley-Evelyn, Lilyana and Rylee, her sister Bernice and predeased brothers and sisters Nora, Thérèse, Gabrielle, Leo, Marguerite, Tommy, Claire and Diane (Robert) and many relatives and friends.
The family will receive condolences on Friday, December 9th, 2022 from 1 pm to 5 pm at the Yves Légaré Complex in LaSalle, 7200 Newman Blvd.
A prayer meeting will be held the same day at 5:00 pm in the chapel of the complex.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to the doctors and nurses at the Verdun Hospital for their wonderful support and care.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada would be appreciated.
