Passed away peacefully at Hill House Hospice on Tuesday, April 19, 2022 in his 83rd year. Beloved husband of 62 years to Maria. Loving father to Gloria (Donald) and Linda. Grandfather to Erica (Robert), Steven (Sophie), Christian (Rayanne), Daniel and great grandfather to Dorian. Brother to Fernando (Ann), Aldino (Pat), Claudio (Lercy) and their families. Friends may call at the Marshall Funeral Home, 10366 Yonge Street, Richmond Hill on Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8pm. Funeral Mass on Friday at 11am in St. Mary Immaculate Church (10295 Yonge Street). Dear Maria
Please accept our deepest sympathy and hope he finally rests in peace. We remember the good days with Emilio. He was such a gentle and decent person. If everybody was like Emilio, there would be no wars and no quarrels in this world. we can all learn from him.
Maria: you have done whatever you could to help Emilio. You have done your best and more. At least you know now that he is not suffering any more.
Emilio was such a good example for us all: not to give up, to live life to the fullest and to enjoy whatever you can. I was so impressed with him going to Lago to dance even with Parkinson’s symptoms. This took courage and grace.
