It is with sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Emilia “Amy” Cavallin on December 18, 2022, surrounded by her loving family in Burlington in her 82nd year.
She is survived by her loving husband Louie. Dear mother to Michael, Tim & Paula, and Leanne. Grandmother of Stefania, Isabella, Oscar, Dario, Carrington, Nate, Triston, Kaitlynn, Jaidyn, Kyle. Daughter of the late Joseph & Angele and daughter in law of the late Emilio & Levina Cavallin. Eldest sister of Chantel (Tony) Nerad, Richard (Jane), Charlie, Mary (Bernard), and Joey (Julie). Sister-in-law of the late Bart (Theresa), the late Johnny (Mary), the late Giuliano (Joan), Luciano (Dina), and Lucy Charbonneau (Don).
She will be missed by many nieces, nephews, and cousins throughout Ontario, Montreal, and Europe.
We wish to express our gratitude towards our friends in the Port Dover, Hamilton & Burlington areas who offered our family their unwavering support during this past year.
Visitation to be held on December 22nd from 2-4pm, and then 6-8pm at Bay Gardens Funeral Home, Burlington. Funeral Service to be held on December 23rd at 11am, at Bay Gardens Funeral Home located on 1010 Botanical Drive, Burlington ON. Private cremation and inurnment to take place at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Burlington at a later date
