Emerie Richard
1933-2022
Saint-Louis-de-Kent, NB – Emerie Richard, 88, of
Saint-Louis-de-Kent, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family
at the Dr Georges L. Dumont University Hospital centre in Moncton on
Monday, May 16, 2022. Born in Pont-du-Milieu, he was the son
of late Prospère Richard and late Dométhilde
(Bordage) Richard.
Emerie will be sadly missed by his loving wife of 61 years,
Annette Richard of Saint-Louis-de-Kent; one daughter, Charline Allain
(Alvin) of Cocagne; two sons; Charles Richard (Marthe) of Saint-Louis,
Daniel Richard (Catherine) of Magog, Qc; four grandchildren; Mathieu,
Jeremie, Patrick, Philippe and three great grandchildren; Brielle,
Jacob and Sammy; as well as many nieces and
nephews.
He is also survived by four sisters; Lina Vautour (late
Armand), Clara Babineau (late Camille Chevarie), Rosa Daigle (Dolor),
all of Saint-Louis-de-Kent and Bertha Aucoin (late Jean-Paul) of
Dieppe and one brother Emile Richard (late Elva) of
Saint-Louis-de-Kent.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by infant brother
Aurele, one sister, Yvonne Daigle (Roger); four brothers; Armand
Richard (Florida), Edmond Richard (Rita), Jean-Baptiste Richard (late
Maria) and Fernand Richard (late Aline).
Upon Emerie’s request there will be no visitation
at the funeral home. A private family prayer service will be
held on Monday, May 23rd, 2022 at 11:00am,
