Elizabeth was born in Poplarfield Manitoba, the tenth of eleven children. Elizabeth moved to Winnipeg as a young teen to continue her education. Interests in interior design, and administrative study had later secured her career with CN Rail for around 20 years, leading her to Edmonton, until her retirement. In addition, she worked part time in retail while at CN, being a full-time single mom. Devoting any free time to help her family. Elizabeth continued her retail employment after retirement until her health prevented her from doing so.
Elizabeth will be remembered for her wit, fun personality, and generosity. As a young adult, she also enjoyed modelling for Holt Renfrew in Winnipeg, and working for Neiman Marcus. She loved current trends and style. She received awards and acknowledgments for her professionalism, dedication, and work ethic.
Her daughter will always remember her mom as an example of class, dignity, courage, and strength, as well as her dedication to her and her family.
