Peacefully at the Pembroke Regional Hospital, with her family by her side, on Saturday October 8, 2022 at the age of 81 years. Betty Hughes of Pembroke, loved and cherished mother of Tiffiny Hughes and Tara Hoffman (Troy). Loving G-ma to Braeden, Sydney and Cassie. Dear sister of Bill Fortune. Daughter of the late Joseph and Patricia (nee McKinnon) Fortune.
There will be no visitation at the Funeral Home.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of the Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 280 Lourdesview Drive, Pembroke on Saturday October 15th at 10:30 a.m. followed by cremation. Final Interment St. Alphonsus Cemetery, Chapeau QC.
In memory of Betty, donations to Our Lady of Lourdes Parish or Columbus House Residential Program would be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to the Murphy Funeral Home, Pembroke.
