ELASCHUK Thomas Tom Dwayne October 1 2022

On Saturday morning, October 1st, 2022, Tom Elaschuk (aged 75) passed away peacefully after a yearlong battle with cancer.
He was predeceased by his parents Nick and Katie, and an infant brother, Gordon.
He is survived by his sister Sylvia (Ken) and two brothers Robert (Betty) and Denny (Irene). He also leaves to mourn, four nephews, four nieces, one great nephew and two great nieces. He is missed by his companion Donald, the cat he adopted and who provided him with company and comfort to the end.
He also leaves a strong support group of friends and neighbors, especially Bruce, who provided him with invaluable support, allowing Tom to remain in his own home for as long as he did
The family also expresses sincere gratitude to the doctors, nurses and staff at the Sturgeon Community Hospital, Units 18 and 19, for their kindness, support and care shown to Tom during his stay.
Cremation has taken place, and honoring Tom’s wishes, no funeral will be held.
