Obituary of Eileen Carriveau-Brown
(nee Purdon)
(Longtime Clerk – Clancy’s Drug Store, Arnprior)
October 1, 1923 – November 29, 2022
Peacefully at Carleton Lodge, Ottawa on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at the age of 99 years. Beloved wife of the late Roland Adam Carriveau (1985) and the late Lloyd Edward Brown (2008). She will be deeply missed by her loving children, Donna Nixon (Arnie) and Garry Carriveau (Cathie); her grandchildren: Kim Mathison (Shanon), Jamie Carriveau (Jennifer Oegema) and Graham Carriveau (Jackie Hunt); and her great-grandchildren: Joel, Noah and Nathan Mathison, Bianca Emond and Bennet Carriveau. Heartfelt thanks to the staff of the West Carleton Village at Carleton Lodge for their excellent care of Eileen. Your warmth and kindness are much appreciated.
Eileen’s final arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Pilon Family Funeral Home and Chapel Ltd., 50 John Street North, Arnprior where visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 6th from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. followed by a Funeral Liturgy in the Pilon Family Chapel at 11 o’clock. Interment Malloch Road Cemetery, Arnprior. A reception will then follow in the Pilon Family Reception Centre.
