Peacefully at her home in Moose Creek, on Thursday February 17, 2022. Eileen Urquhart (nee MacLean), age 88 years. Beloved wife of the late Donald Angus Urquhart. Loving mother of Neil Urquhart and Grace Jean-Louis (André). Predeceased by her parents Murdie & Mary MacLean (nee Buchanan). Proud grandmother of Katie (Kory) and Ian (Kathryn); great-grandmother of Hunter, Emerson and Alec. She is survived by two sisters-in-law Laura Barber (late Rev. William) and Violet Urquhart (late Allan). Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 20 Main St. South, Maxville (613-527-2898). As per the family’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be a private Memorial Chapel service. Spring urn burial in the Kenyon Presbyterian cemetery, Dunvegan. Masks and physical distancing are required at all gatherings. As expressions of sympathy, Memorial donations may be made to the Kenyon Presbyterian Church or the Alzheimer Society.
