Obituary
Farrell, Eileen Maude (nee Bowering) – Passed peacefully away on Tuesday September 13, 2022 at the Health Sciences Center, St. John’s in the presence of her loving family, at age 93. She was born December 9, 1928 in Coley’s Point. The youngest child of Richard & Julia (Budgell) Bowering. Predeceased by her husband Malcolm “Mac” (1976); and sisters: Olga, Doris, Ruby and Audrey; and brother Railton. Leaving to mourn her children: Linda (Boyd), Glenn (Maxine), Karen and Dawn (Ed); Grandchildren: John and Andrew; Wendy (Guyle) and Gerard; Rebecca, Megan and Robert (Megan); Jessica (Mitchell) and Lauryn; Great-grandchildren: Kyle, Nathan, Anthony and Owen; Brother-in-law Ford Pitcher; as well as many other family and friends. Visitation to be at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue, St. John’s on Friday, September 16th 7:00-9:00 pm. Celebration of her life to be held at Barrett’s Chapel on Saturday, September 17th, at 10:00 am. Interment to follow at St. George’s Cemetery, North River.
