Obituary
Cameron, Edward Charles (city mouse) – 84, passed away at Bay Side Home, Barrington, on December 19, 2022. Born at Woods Harbour on February 18, 1938, he was a son of the late Charles and Vera (Stoddard) Cameron. Edward was a people person. He often loved to hold conversations and could have a chat with anyone. He was also known in the community as city mouse. He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Myrtle (Chetwynd); son, Winston (Annette); daughter, Patsy (Allen); three grandchildren, Wade Cameron, Cole Townsend and Kasey Townsend; brother, Havelock (Brenda); several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Edward was predeceased by his brothers, Lockland, Clifton, Gordon and Wordlow; sisters, Kathleen, Pauline and Barbara in infancy. Arrangements are under the care and direction of H.M. Huskilson’s Funeral Home, Barrington. In keeping with Edwards wishes cremation has taken place. There will be no formal visitation or funeral service. Memorial donations may be made to the Lung Association or any charity of choice.
