Watchorn, Edna Bertha – passed away peacefully at the Pembroke Regional Hospital on Thursday, December 8, 2022 in her 96th year.
Edna Watchorn (nee Hawthorne) of Pembroke, wife of Ray St. Louis and by first marriage the late Delmer Watchorn. Dear mother of Susann Bowers (Gary), Toronto; Daniel Watchorn (Pam), Pembroke; Patricia Dennerley (late Terry), Stratford; and Philip Watchorn, Beachburg. Predeceased by daughter Judy Graham (late Pete) and Peter Watchorn. Edna is survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Daughter of the late Robert and Pearl Hawthorne (nee LeBarron). Predeceased by sisters Lena Byce (late Glen) & Elma Waite (late Gerald) and brothers Gordon Hawthorne (late Lillis) & Lloyd Hawthorne (late Margaret). Edna will be fondly remembered by Ray’s children Raymond (Carol), Kevin and Larry St. Louis.
Visitation will be held at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Sunday, December 11, 2022 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and on Monday, December 12 from 12:00 – 12:45 p.m. followed by a Funeral Service in the chapel at 1:00 p.m. Interment in Beachburg Anglican Cemetery.
