It is with tremendous sadness and heavy hearts that we, the family of the late Edith Anderson, announce the sudden and tragic passing of our Mom on Monday, June 13th, 2022.
Leaving to mourn, daughter Maisie (Dennis) Coley, sons: Carl (Cathy) and Terry (Paula); brothers: Richard (Christine), Jim and Ward (Mary Ann); eight precious grandchildren: Chuck, Christopher, Chrissy, Bianca, DJ, Nathan, Sean and Patrick; 12 great grandchildren: Aurora, Charlotte, Isabelle, Jezelle, Payton, Aaron, Augustus, Bentley, Drake, Ethan, Noah and Nevaeh; as well as many relatives and a large circle of close friends. She is predeceased by her husband Albert; infant son John W., Sisters Lucy, Minnie and Theresa; Brothers Isaac and Bill, and parents John W. and Bertha Strickland.
In keeping with Mom’s wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be a Celebration of Life at St. John the Evangelist church in Burgeo, time and dates to be announced in the coming days.
The interment will follow at the Burgeo Community Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest beside her late husband Albert.
As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the charity of one’ choice.
