Obituary of Dow John Thomas
The passing of Dow John Thomas of Tay Creek , NB , husband of Dianne Evelyn Munn, occurred on Saturday, February 5, 2022, at his home. Born on June 15, 1954, in Fredericton , NB , he was the son of the late John and Byrene (Dryden) Thomas. Dow retired as a Gravel Truck Operator for Wendell Thomas. He enjoyed working in his shop and had an interest in horses and farming.
In addition to his wife, Dow is survived by his daughter, Wendy Faulkner (Joey); brother, Michael Thomas (Natalie); half-brothers, Frederick Wilkins (Anna) and Garfield Wilkins (Barbara); step-daughter, Carlena Munn; step-son, Stephen Payne (Michelle); grandchildren, Lucas, Spencer, Caitlyn, Aaron and Alyssa; several nieces and nephews.
Interment will take place in North Cardigan United Church Cemetery , at a later date. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to North Cardigan United Church (Building Fund), Stanley “Just Friends” Foodbank or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
