Peacefully at Ed’s House, Cobourg, on Friday, January 21, 2022, at the age of 82. Beloved husband of Jennifer (nee Gladden). Loving father of David (Tammy) and Suzan (Shawn Hope). Cherished grandfather of Cal (Josh), Kira-Lynn, Amanda (Kyle), Krista and James. Dear great grandfather of Kolton and Hunter. Brother of the late Dorothy (the late Robert) Visser. Brother-in-law of Frank (Marg) Gladden and Dawn (the late Dick) Coe. A private celebration of Doug’s life will be held. Donations to Ed’s House Northumberland Hospice or to the Help Centre of Northumberland would be appreciated by the family.
