Doris May Dale
Doris was born in England and died peacefully on January 30, 22 at the Northumberland Hills Hospital in Cobourg. She is survived by her 4 children Shirley McKellar, Roger Dale, Michael Dale and Lesley Dale, 13 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her loving husband Frank Samuel Dale, parents George and Sophia Rudd, grandchildren Heather, Benjamin and Joseph, and siblings Jean, Pamela and George. Doris loved her family. Spending time with them at family gatherings or her many visits was the highlight of her life. She loved to talk to friends and family, whether it be in person, or on the phone and she was never at a loss for words. She enjoyed telling stories of her time during the war and her trip to Canada where she thrived and raised her family. She was always outgoing and gregarious and could strike up a conversation with anyone at any time. Her life was full. She enjoyed camping, times at the cottage, and attending sports events of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Donations to the charity of your choice may be made in her memory.
