It is with sad but grateful hearts we share that Doreen Merilyn Stubel has passed into the presence of the Lord on January 18th, 2022 at age 89. Doreen humbly served the Lord in all aspects of her life, including as a longtime church member, loving mother and caring wife to Ray Stubel.
Doreen was a loving wife of 63 years to Ray Stubel who passed away in December, 2018. She will be lovingly remembered by her children Diane Lestage, Don (and Lesley) Stubel, Dale (and Sheri) Stubel; and will be fondly remembered by her twelve grandchildren: Eron, Chenea, Judah and Mia Lestage; Austin, Dallas and Carter Stubel; Chris and Justin Stubel; Ashley van Deventer; Grace Kimberly; Daniel Kingston; as well as by her four great-grandchildren Peyton, Lydia, Rozalie and Rylie.
A graveside service for family and friends was held on Tuesday, January 25th at 2:00pm, at Valley View Cemetery in Agassiz, BC, Canada.
Those who so desire may make memorial donations in memory of Doreen Stubel to the “Millar College of the Bible” at PO Box 25, Pambrun, SK S0N 1W0 or via E-transfer to finance@millarcollege.ca
