McManus, Donnelly James “Jim” 1928- 2022
Passed away peacefully at his home with his loving wife by his side on Saturday, December 24, 2022 at the age of 94.
Dear and loving husband of 45 years to Beverley. Much loved father of Lori Stefinashen (Wayne) and predeceased by his daughter Heather Holden (2017). Dear stepfather of Brad Warren (Meg), Kathy Richardson and Linda Warren (Shawn).
Cherished grandfather of 9 grandchildren and predeceased by one grandchild. Great grandfather of 9 and great great grandfather of 1.
Predeceased by his brothers Red, Art and Ken.
Born in Welland, Jim was a lifelong resident of Fonthill. He was an employee with Canada Customs, as a Commodities Specialist for over 50 years. Before that Jim was a WWII veteran of the Royal Canadian Air Force. Jim loved to travel but above all he enjoyed spending with his family and close friends.
The family will gather for a private interment at Fonthill Cemetery and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
