Passed away on Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at the Cornwall Community Hospital, with her family by her side. Donna Jean Oosterbaan (née Youngs) of Cornwall; age 72 years. Beloved mother of Shana Powell of Cornwall. Cherished grandmother of Spencer Powell-Miran and Haylee Powell-Clow. Caring sister of Kaye Aldridge (Donald) and Neil Youngs (Shirley Ann). Predeceased by her parents Kenneth Elgar Youngs and Evelyn Youngs (née Burbank) and her sister-in-law Aggie Benoit. Donna will be missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. As per Donna’s wishes’, cremation has taken place. A graveside committal will be held at a later date.
