Donna Maureen Carlson
It is with deep sadness that our family announce the passing of Donna Maureen Carlson (nee Moan) on Thursday, January 27, 2022 after a lengthy illness. She passed away peacefully at home where she resided with her two sisters, who were by her side when she passed.
Left to cherish Donna’s memory are her sons, Jeffrey (Nancy) and Kevin (Danya); grandchildren Tessa (Kyle) and Chloe; great grandson, Sebastian; siblings, Larry, Janet, Howie, Barbara and Darryl; nieces, Jennifer (Michael), Heather, and great niece, Helena; nephews, Brendon (Amy-Leigh), Connor (Lucie) and many extended family members and friends. She is predeceased by her parents, Olaf and Iva Moan and brother Ronald.
Donna was known to all who loved her as a kind and fun-loving soul, always smiling and ready to join you in a laugh. Donna was an avid reader, loved watching football on TV and going to Blue Bomber games with our aunt Muriel.
A private family memorial service will follow in the spring.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada in Donna’s memory.
