Donald Lair
Peacefully at the Pembroke Regional Hospital surrounded by the love of his family on Sunday July 17, 2022 at the age of 87 years. Donald Lair of Pembroke beloved husband of the late Margaret Lair (nee Behm).
Loved, cherished and admired father of Brian Lair of Pembroke and Shelley Chaput (Rheaume) of Spain. Brother of Weldon Lair (Claudette), Elaine Clouthier (Richard), Carol Hammel (late Stewart), the late Linda Gagne (late Raymond), and the late Rene Lair (late Dorothy). Predeceased by his parents Isadore and Vienna (nee Belaire) Lair. Brother-in-law of the late Carol Behm.
Donald retired after 44 years from the Canadian Splint while in his spare time owned and operated a business teaching many people and students how to drive. He will be dearly missed by family and friends.
Friends are invited to share in their memories of Donald with his family during visitation at the Murphy Funeral Home, 296 Isabella Street, Pembroke on Friday July 22nd from 11:30 a.m.until time of Service in the Chapel at 1:00 p.m.
Interment St. Columba’s Cemetery.
