Obituary
Donald Siebold of Lake Country, BC passed away peacefully in his sleep on November 20, 2021. Don passed away with his loving and caring wife of 66 years, Evelyn (Lyn), by his side at the Central Okanagan Hospice House in Kelowna. Don was born April 2, 1933 at Castor, AB.
Along with Lyn he leaves to mourn his son, Ken (Diana), his daughter, Carol French, his son, Gary (MaryJane), his son, Brian (Mechelle); as well as 7 grandchildren, Shauna, Cheryl, Kyle, Devin, Curtis, Jordon and Bailey; 8 great-grandchildren; his sister, Ella May (Graham).
He was predeceased by his son, Douglas.
Among his many ventures Don spent most of his life as a mechanic and was fondly known as “Doc” by his co-workers. Don enjoyed gardening and woodworking, making many projects for his children and grandchildren.
Thanks to the Doctors and Nurses at Kelowna General Hospital and to the caregivers at the Central Okanagan Hospice House for their care and compassion. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the organization of your choice.
Don will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered. A celebration of his life will held at later date.
