Don Hall July 11 1945 November 1 2022

With his devoted wife and loving children at his side on the beautifully warm afternoon of November 1, 2022, Donald “Don” Bruce Hall (77), quietly slipped away with the sun on his face, overlooking the familiar beautiful landscape at his beloved Petrolia home. Don and Raynee (nee Babcock) have two devoted and loving daughters, Christie and Kaitlyn (Michael). He will be missed by his grandchildren McKenna and Cohen and their father Chris. Don will also be dearly missed by his siblings, Doug (the late Marsha), Diane (Jack), and Doris, and his in-laws Deb, the late Dave and the late Robert (Hoot) (the late Jo), Gord and Jean, and his dear friends, Bob and Rosie, Joyce (the late Rick), Glen (the late Brenda) and Marty and Linda.
Don was a life-long truck driver; a true “King of the road” and NASCAR fan. There wasn’t a person on the street he couldn’t strike up a conversation with. He enjoyed several years of camping at Paradise Valley where he met many treasured friends.
A memorial service will take place on Friday, November 4, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at the Wyoming Chapel of Needham-Jay Funeral Home, 650 Broadway St. Wyoming, with visiting one hour prior to the service. Interment in Wyoming Cemetery.
The family would like to thank Stacie, Dr. Kim and the palliative team for their compassionate care of Don and for enabling him the comfort of dying in his own home. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made by cheque or online to St. Joseph’s Hospice (www.stjosephshospice.ca/), or Community Nursing Services (139 Washburn Drive Kitchener, Ontario N2R 1S1)

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Don Hall July 11 1945 November 1 2022..
